Wright Robinson Halls, Manchester University – Newells Projects Ltd

We carried out a top to bottom redecoration scheme to get the halls to a habitable condition in a short period of time. In only 17 days we completed 160 bedrooms (including 10 doubles) 12 floors of communal circulation areas, common room and some external masonry work to the front elevation. Even though this project was completed at lightning speed the quality of finish was never reduced. We were able to hand each floor back over to the main contractor to their, and their client’s, satisfaction.

Bramley Grove – Lindum Homes

This was an exclusive 5 home development in the village of Heighington near Lincoln. The specification included, using a Dulux Trade Heritage colour scheme and the finished result looked fantastic. All plots were initially sprayed out by our fully trained airless spray operatives before being finished traditionally with brush and roller. Externally the lintels were painted in to match the windows along with the meter boxes, green oak porches were treated with Osmo UV protection oil and the garage doors treated with Sadolin Extra Antique Pine wood stain.

Private Home – Welton

The customer contacted us after seeing our work on a construction site that they were also working on. We surveyed the property and provided a quotation and was able to start work all within 2 weeks. We redecorated 2 bedrooms, the hall, stairs and landing, kitchen, utility, downstairs toilet and large open plan living / dining room. We worked cleanly and efficiently and completed the work for a very happy customer. The final day involved removing 2 radiators and wallpapering a large feature wall before putting everything back together for the customer to once again enjoy their space.

Sheffield University – Newells Projects

A challenging lab was redecorated in their Broad Lane building. All the brickwork had to have efflorescence salts removed before being sealed and painted. The ceiling was a very tight squeeze for 2 decorators on tower scaffolds. The ceiling may have been slow going but our decorator’s commitment and perseverance led to a very high standard of finish whilst keeping all services clean. The project was topped off with a feature wall and new woodwork.
